Keefy's Teefies

Hot off the press comes news of a solo album underway from "Bad Boy Keefy", drummist with the incredible Nod and the Dogs. His first effort at a solo project, the album will be a collection of heavy rock cover tunes, with a difference - Keefy will be playing his musical teeth!

The extraordinary feat was demonstrated to a stunned audience at a recent outdoor event in the grounds of Greasby Antitheatre when Keefy took to the stage and belted out a dental version of Paranoid.

Keefy took a bow and then proceeded to follow up with a bewildering display of  'lip rolling'. Watch this space for more news of Keey's incredible Teefies soon!

de LeZ New Single!!!!

The wonderful de LeZ has surpassed all expectations with his new single - an all acoustic version of Like A Hurricane. The song starts with some trademark de LeZ guitar work which quickly leads into the first verse. 

The vocal style is as usual unique, reminding the listener of previous de LeZ craft such as The Thrill Has Gone, and Seaside Blues. By the first chorus one can't help but wonder at the master's apparent strive for perfection.

Once again, de LeZ has taken a classic song and re-worked it into his own personal statement.

The Dog's Bollox Swing Again!

Saturday the 9th August will see a re-union of The Dog's Bollox featuring Otis Vaters, Tarquin Fartquhar, Bad Boy Keefy, and the legend Ned K on lead guitar.

The event will take place once again at Greasby Antitheatre - which is quickly becoming 'the place to be' for music fans. Confirmation is expected soon, but rumours have it that the incomparable  talents of Mamma B will be guesting on vocals.

As the Daily Nod went to press an excited fan was heard babbling about the one and only de LeZ making an appearance on the same bill! There hasn't been any official statement from the Antitheatre yet, but if true then Saturday 9th could be the musical event of the decade!
