de LeZ to play dark side of the moon!

Nothing
whatsoever to do with the world famous best selling Pink Floyd album, de
LeZ has bought a plot of land on the moon. And he plans to build a
huge stadium on it! “I’m gonna turn it into the finest rock ‘n’
roll venue the universe has ever seen” said de LeZ, “and just think;
there’ll be no worries about disturbing the neighbours with noise, so
me and the band can be as loud as we like!” The latest bizarre idea
from de LeZ was revealed when a Nod The Dog reporter asked de LeZ what
his plans were for the future. Wacky At first it would seem that plans for a gigantic Rock stadium on the moon are just pie in the sky, but de LeZ has layed his thoughts bare (literally) and added some credibility to the wacky idea. The concept involves a giant self supporting biosphere. “The design is based on the Millennium Dome” said de LeZ “I was originally going to buy the actual Millennium Dome and transport it up to the moon, but that would have been a disaster!” he added.

Advice After taking advice from Arturo Scoggino, the Welsh lunar expert renowned for his theses on cardboard in a hostile climate, de LeZ is working on plans to build the biosphere on site. “If everything runs on schedule, we should be doing the first soundcheck by 2010” enthused de LeZ.
The hazardous environment of the moon will be visited by de LeZ himself and a team of experts late in 2003. While there they will map out the de LeZ plot and leave electronic markers for the construction craft which will start work in 2004. “It’s very exciting!” said de LeZ. ~ |
When
asked how the audience would get to the gigs de LeZ confidently boasted of a
vast shuttle service; “it is my intention to have a shuttle station in at
least 20 countries around the world, and 5-10 shuttle craft each capable of
carrying 100 people at every station. We will see 10,000 people at the first gig
at least!” Ticket
To Ride
How
much will a ticket cost? With the right sponsors, de LeZ says it shouldn’t
cost more than £1000.00 (GBP), but it will mean that passengers will have to
eat McDonalds and drink Pepsi during the flight. “Just imagine it; A trip to
the moon, and a de LeZ gig for a thousand quid!” said de LeZ. ~
